High Pressure Extraction Process

This process is based on applying a pressure of 100MPa (pressure equivalent to 10.000 meters under the sea) under a controlled temperature turning the food in extract.

The extraction process by high pressure of 100MPa presents uncountable technical advantages compared to other extraction processes such as no handling of any additives to produce the extract, preventing the development of microorganisms guaranteeing a microbiological security and preventing the oxidation of the active properties.


Vacuum Dehydration Process

The vacuum dehydration process dries the food using the combination of heat and vacuum. This technology is often used to dry sensitive foods at high temperatures and mechanical stress, viscous liquids and high solid levels.

This process permits the obtaining of high quality products and preserving the sensorial characteristics because of the lower temperatures of the process. And since the process has no contact with the air, it promotes microbiological security.


Freeze Drying Process

The Freeze Drying is a dehydration process of food through sublimation. In this process, the food is frozen quickly at -40°C and vacuumed resulting in the water transforming solid (ice) to gas.

Technologically, this process preserves all nutritional and sensorial properties of the original food keeping its structure intact which results in an effective re-hydration. Also the shelf life increases improving the microbiological stability and reduces the weight and volume of the food.


Distillation and Rectification Processes

MN Propolis is the Pioneer in obtaining the technology of distillation and rectification processes of the potable ethylic alcohol from organic raw materials.

The ethylic alcohol produced by MN Propolis is classified as “Extra-Fine” quality produced under double-fermentation and distillation simultaneously with certified organic raw ingredients, resulting in a high quality alcohol which is secure and respects the nature.
