Dismembering Our Principles, MN Propolis establishes permanent commitment with competitiveness, quality and efficacy on optimizing products and services, having as its main focus our clients’ satisfaction, establishing criteria to be followed according to the Quality Policy:


  1. Seek the leadership through the quality in our markets share, offering our clients efficient solutions and diversity of products;

  2. Consider the quality as the main priority on any activity, quality which can not be delegated or dismembered;

  3. Commit the whole company, suppliers and business partners with the highest quality patterns on products and services provided, developing and entrusting a partnership network based on mutual trust;

  4. Instruct and commit our human resources on own work’s importance, keeping programs for education and improvement of our team regarding the quality which must be forwarded to suppliers and business partners;

  5. Evaluate the quality developed by our team, individually or as a group, including our suppliers and business partners;

  6. Consider the environment’s preservation our major priority related to our products and production processes, keeping the Quality System Term under continuous monitoring, assuring efficacy and improvement;

  7. Promote the best processes, products and services improvement, followed by delegation of authority on processes with the objective of having the best performance from our team seeking Quality Excellence.
